The paper is made from 100% backyard compostable premium newsprint, created using recycled paper and lumber mill sawdust, which is also incredibly efficient to recycle (it can be recycled 7 times!) as it has the highest recovery rate of all recyclable items.

With cute reversible prints made with soy-based inks, the paper also works great for crafting and is certified by the Sustainable Forestry Initiative (SFI). It is packed flat in plastic-free packaging without any unnecessary heavy cardboard roll and is milled, printed and packaged all in Washington State to limit transit any waste.
